Friday- I accidentally stopped the workout when I first started. I'm counting every foot I move!!




It was a great week. I felt more like me. I was able to get into a really good pace. The heat was a little oppressive, and it looks like next week will be more of the same. Boooooooo. Nextweek, I'm going to start lifting weights four days a week. I am pumped (terrible pun intended).
