Weekly Workout Review

It would appear I caught a case of lazy butt-itis. Whoops. I honest to goodness thought I had done more this week. Clearly, my brain is a million places at once. I need to get on track. 

I started Jilian Michael's 6 week Six Pack Abs. Now, I really don't think I'll have a six pack besides of beer. I think it'll be a fun little challenge. I've been doing ab work 3 times a week for the last couple of moths, and it's paying off. I took a comparison photo, and I've definitely lost some inches. Nice to see the progress when you aren't really feeling it. It's also nice because I haven't exactly been watching what I eat.
