Workouts for Week of 11/17/2013

Total mileage for the week: If my math isn't failing me, I believe my total was just

Yeah. I came down with a cold that settled in my chest. When I started to feel better, I developed a migraine. That subsided. Then, ridiculous stomach pains from something I ate, I'm assuming. The week was a complete joke. I miss running and working out. I know that it was better to rest than try to over do it, but still.....waaaaaaaah.

How were your workouts last week?

I worked out a mere 30 min the entire week due to work. This week should be better but not until Wed!
