Workouts for Week of 11/03/2013

I've got to stop racing during training runs and just run.

The wind on Sunday was ridiculous. I actually love running hills, but running them with wind? I'd rather stab myself in the eyeball. Turns out, there was a lot of wind for all of my outdoor runs last week. Lame.
